Refunds & Returns.

Only items purchased on the Organic Ministry website can be returned to Organic Ministry. Items purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Should you make an error when ordering online, Organic Ministry will gladly exchange or credit your item up to 14 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.

If you would like to make a complaint regarding a product and it’s performance, we recommend you contact the customer service of the brand you have purchased directly. They value your feedback and can advise on the product selection. If you have purchased an Organic Ministry product and would like to make a complaint, please email info@organicministry.com.au.

In the unfortunate event that you react to a product, please discontinue use of product immediately. 
Please contact Organic Ministry via email at info@organicministry.com.au and provide a photo of your reaction. One of our salon team members will contact you to return your item and process a full refund.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the items back to Organic Ministry. In Australia, the shipping charge will be payable if the subsequent refund reduces the original order amount to below the free shipping threshold.

Should an item be damaged while it is being shipped to you by us, Organic Ministry will provide you with a credit or replacement. Return postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.

Lost packages – Organic Ministry is not responsible for return of shipments or reimbursement of lost packages, if you wish to make an enquiry regarding tracking of a parcel that has not arrived then you must do so within 21 days of placing your order. Alternatively, you can contact the shipping service provider in your confirmation of shipping email.

In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 30 days of receipt for Organic Ministry to process a refund, credit or replacement. Please email sales@organicministry.com.au in advance of your intentions to return a product, so that Organic Ministry staff can assist you with a smooth transaction.
Please retain your postal receipt from the provider until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Organic Ministry. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.

We will do our best to process returns within 5 business days of receipt and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.
