Receptionist & Hair Spa Treatment Specialist

Kelsey joins the Organic Ministry team as our receptionist and hair spa treatment specialist, bringing over eight years of experience as a senior stylist.

While Alicia is on maternity leave, Kelsey will be stepping into front desk duties, helping to create a seamless and considered experience from the moment you arrive. With a strong focus on Japanese hair spa therapies, her approach is centred around scalp health, relaxation and restoring balance through refined, results driven treatments.

You’ll also continue to see Kelsey in salon beyond this time, supporting both your client experience and your treatment journey with care, knowledge and calm confidence.

Warm, positive and naturally calm, Kelsey loves creating a relaxed atmosphere wherever she goes. Outside of the salon, she enjoys all things wellness, including yoga, massages, quiet coffee moments, calming incense, warm baths, herbal tea and face masks.

On her days off, Kelsey is often at the beach, trying new cafes or spending time with her partner Kody, family, friends and her husky pup, Otis. She especially loves a morning walk at Henley Beach followed by good food and coffee, a simple ritual that reflects her calm and grounded approach to life.
