Introducing LED Light Therapy.

At Organic Ministry we’re excited to introduce a new experience to our skin and body treatments… medical grade LED light therapy!

Unlike standard salon or at-home LED devices, medical grade LED works at a cellular level. This means it doesn’t just treat the surface of your skin but penetrates into deeper layers to help create real long-term change. Each wavelength of light targets different concerns so your treatment is completely tailored to what your skin needs most.

Why Medical Grade LED

Medical grade LED uses different coloured wavelengths of light to trigger specific responses in the skin. Depending on your skin concern we select the wavelength that targets the right depth within your skin layers to encourage repair healing and renewal.

There are four main LED light colours plus one infrared setting each with its own unique purpose.

Blue Light
Best for: Acne-prone or oily skin
Blue light helps reduce acne-causing bacteria calm inflammation and balance oil flow. It’s also beneficial for those with very oily skin even without active breakouts.

Green Light
Best for: Redness sensitivity and may be effective on hyper pigmentation
Green light has anti-inflammatory properties that support skin showing signs of rosacea sensitivity or irritation. It can also help to even skin tone and rmay educe the appearance of pigmentation.

Yellow Light
Best for: Ageing , dehydration, oxidative stress and sensitivity
Yellow light targets oxidative stress and helps boost collagen and elastin production. It’s gentle enough for sensitive or rosacea-prone skin and can help reduce the early signs of hyperpigmentation.

Red Light
Best for: Ageing, wound healing, dehydration and inflammation
Red light is the most recognised of all LED wavelengths and the MediLUX system takes it to a new level with 1500 LED bulbs for maximum intensity. This deeply restorative light stimulates collagen and elastin by activating ATP (adenosine triphosphate) supporting skin structure and repair. It’s ideal for fine lines wrinkles inflammatory acne pitted scarring and dehydration and may see a visible improvement after just one treatment.

NIR (Near Infrared)
Best for: Deep tissue repair post-treatment healing and collagen preservation
While not a visible colour near infrared light is the powerhouse of dermal therapy. It penetrates beyond the skin’s three layers accelerating wound healing reducing redness and swelling and supporting deep collagen and fibroblast activity. It not only boosts collagen production but helps prevent collagen breakdown making it especially effective for skin laxity loss of volume and muscle tone.

Why We Don’t Class MediLUX as a Beauty Treatment
While MediLUX can deliver visible beauty benefits it’s far more than a cosmetic treatment. This is medical grade technology and it requires proper consultation understanding and aftercare to achieve safe and lasting results. Some health conditions and medications can make LED unsuitable which is why every client begins with a thorough consultation before treatment.

What’s involved in my first appointment?

  • In depth consultation & skin assessment to identify key concerns and goals.

  • Review of contraindications and LED suitability (including medications, sensitivities and skin conditions).
