One of our favourite ways to support the immune system during the colder months is with a nourishing hot drink made from simple, powerful ingredients you likely already have in your pantry.

This immune-boosting blend is anti-inflammatory, warming and supportive of your overall wellbeing. It’s also caffeine-free, making it perfect for any time of day.

Immune-Boosting Winter Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plant-based milk (we love oat or almond)

  • ½ tsp ground turmeric

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • Pinch of black pepper (helps activate turmeric)

  • ½ tsp grated fresh ginger or a pinch of ground ginger

  • 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Splash of vanilla extract (optional)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan over low heat.

  2. Whisk gently while heating until warm but not boiling.

  3. Pour into your favourite mug, sit somewhere cosy and sip slowly.

This drink supports immune function, calms inflammation and helps the body feel grounded and nurtured. Ginger and turmeric are especially helpful for circulation and digestive support, while cinnamon brings warmth and balances blood sugar.
