Front Desk Manager

Alicia is our front of house manager at Organic Ministry, bringing a wealth of experience in customer service and management.

Her bubbly, happy and supportive personality is one of the first things you will notice when you step into the salon. Alicia brings genuine care to every part of the client experience, from the first phone call through to the end of each appointment, helping the salon feel calm, welcoming and beautifully organised.

Outside the salon, Alicia loves reading, baking, craft activities, family time, spending time with her animals and heading to the beach. She is married to her loving husband Stuart and is a proud pet mum to Ellie, her dog, and two ragdoll cats, Truffles and Mochi.

On her days off, you will usually find Alicia taking Ellie to the dog park or beach, trying out local coffee shops or enjoying a slower day with the people and animals she loves. Locally, Revival Cafe has her heart, and when she has a free day, she will always choose a trip down to Port Elliot.

Her go-to drink is an iced latte with two sugars, and her favourite ways to unwind are walking and reading. The little moments at home with her family and animals are the things that instantly make her day better.

Something clients may be surprised to learn is that Alicia has extremely unique sounding hiccups, which have been known to startle people. Alicia is currently preparing to head on maternity leave and is most looking forward to becoming a mum to her baby girl.
